Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Shrita purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
    • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Custom-made or altered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • Accessories, including jewelry and scarves, are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to shop.shrita@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) along with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or a suitable alternative) and include the RAN.
  4. Send to Our Address: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
  5. Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refund Options

  • Original Payment Method: For returns, we will refund the full amount paid for the item(s), excluding any shipping charges. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Store Credit: For exchanges, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s). You can use this credit towards any future purchase on our website.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
  • Exchanges: Shrita will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item(s) back to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop.shrita@gmail.com . We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
